Bridal Entrance is the audio-visual division of Plan A — the established name behind the region's most photographed weddings.
After fifteen years of producing weddings under the Plan A name, our team kept circling back to one moment — the bride's entrance. The seven seconds that every guest watches, every camera captures, and every couple replays for the rest of their lives.
Until now, that moment was usually left to chance. A song, a walk, some flowers. We thought it deserved more.
Bridal Entrance is our answer: an audio-visual studio focused entirely on those seven seconds. LED, projection, holograms, interactive installations — all directed end-to-end by the team you already trust.
"We don't decorate aisles. We direct the moment."
We treat every entrance with the rigor of a film production: a director, a storyboard, a content team, a programming team, and a show-runner who calls cues live on the day.
Each capability — LED, projection, holograms, interactive installations, and lighting + sound through partners — is custom-designed and timed to the bride's footsteps. Nothing is improvised. Every frame is rehearsed.
This is what Plan A does. Bridal Entrance is what we do when the spotlight is on a single moment.
Every visual, light cue, and audio swell is timed to the bride's footsteps. No improvisation — every frame is rehearsed.
From concept and storyboard through programming, fabrication, and live show-calling — one team owns the entire AV experience.
For full event lighting and sound, we partner with the same trusted vendors that have delivered Plan A productions for over a decade.
Plan A's founder leads every Bridal Entrance production end-to-end — from storyboard through show-call on the day.
Visual artist and experience designer. Amin spent seven years in broadcasting — MBC, Showtime, the BBC — before launching Plan A in Beirut in 2008 and delivering his first 3D projection mapping in 2011 for Skybar.
Today the studio spans Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh, with 392 productions across weddings in Monaco, brand launches in Kuwait, façade mapping for Hermès and Van Cleef & Arpels, and immersive shows at Boulevard World, Sela, and the National Museum of Beirut. Bridal Entrance is where that work focuses on a single moment — the bride's walk — directed end-to-end by Amin and the Plan A team.
